Anu Bharadwaj

Anu Bharadwaj is a Partner at Iconiq Inc, a $21 billion global technology fund with investments in companies like Anthropic, Datadog, ElevenLabs and other leading AI and Enterprise companies. She was previously President of Atlassian, a leading collaboration software company serving millions of teams worldwide. A proven leader in high-growth software, Anu previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Atlassian, helping grow revenue by 25X and expanding customers by 10X during her tenure. Prior to joining Atlassian, she held various leadership roles at Microsoft, where she was instrumental in building the developer tools business. Anu also served as the chairperson for Atlassian foundation and is involved with various non-profits supporting education for underprivileged communities. Anu served on the board of OutSystems Technologies from 2021 to 2024. She holds a BTech degree in Computer Science from RV College of Engineering.
