Jerome Luo is Chief of Staff at Toast, partnering closely with Aman and the leadership team to set and deliver against our top companywide priorities. He oversees the week-to-week operating rhythm of the business, supporting strategic initiatives and special projects as needed. Jerome was previously a leader in Toast's Finance and Strategy organization where he partnered with R&D, drove strategic planning, and managed the day-to-day efforts behind the company's IPO in 2021. Prior to Toast, Jerome held various roles at InVision and McKinsey & Company, leading a broad range of strategy and analytics efforts. He holds a B.S. in Molecular Biochemistry and Biophysics from Yale University.
