Joe Starzec

Joe Starzec is a Senior Vice President of Sales at Toast, where he leads the company’s U.S. SMB sales organization. In this role, he focuses on building high-performing teams, scaling repeatable sales motions, and helping restaurants grow sustainably through technology and hospitality-first partnerships. Joe joined Toast in 2017 and has held multiple senior leadership roles, playing a key role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding market penetration, and developing the next generation of sales leaders. Prior to Toast, Joe held sales leadership positions in high-growth technology organizations, where he built and scaled teams during periods of rapid expansion. Joe earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and an MBA from MIT.
