Kavita Viswanath

Kavita Viswanath is the Senior Vice President and India Site Lead at Toast. In this role, she leads Toast’s India organization, overseeing engineering, product development, customer care, and shared services teams, and is responsible for scaling India as a global center for technology and innovation. Before joining Toast, Kavita held various leadership roles at JFrog, Microsoft, and Flipkart, where she built deep expertise in sales, customer engagement, and go-to-market strategy. Her background across both technology and commerce gives her a strong customer-centric perspective that informs her leadership at Toast. With more than 25 years of experience, Kavita brings a balanced approach that combines operational rigor, commercial insight, and a strong commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams in support of Toast’s mission. She earned her B.E. degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University.
