Michel Rbeiz

Michel Rbeiz is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of FinTech at Toast, where he leads Toast's Payments, Lending and Embedded Finance, Team Management and Payroll, Supplier, and Accounting lines of business. Before joining Toast, Michel was the Global Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at State Street, a leading financial services provider, where he led several strategic initiatives and M&A transactions to evolve State Street's business into a platform for institutional investors. Michel also held a variety of other senior strategy, chief operating officer, and technology transformation roles at State Street. Michel started his career at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant to clients in financial services and technology industries, and spent three years as an entrepreneur in the FinTech and Consumer space in Boston. Michel holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.
