Mike Gutner serves as the Chief People Officer at Toast, overseeing global People, Real Estate, and Corporate Social Responsibility teams, strategies, and programs. Since joining Toast in 2018, Mike has held several key leadership positions, originally leading the Customer Success Management team before transitioning to the People organization in 2019. Prior to Toast, Mike spent nearly a decade at Google in various management roles across Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Product Operations, followed by a leadership tenure as COO at Rest Devices, a connected devices startup. He holds a B.S. in Geophysics from Yale University.
