Mike Miller

Mike Miller serves as the Chief Product Officer & Chief Operating Officer of International at Toast, where he oversees product and all operations and strategy outside of the United States. He leads a multi-disciplinary global organization spanning Product, Commerce, FinTech, Design, Guest & New Ventures, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. Prior to joining Toast, Mike spent 14 years at Amazon, most recently as Vice President of Technology for Amazon Advertising. In that capacity, he led Trust, Services, Support, and AI Infrastructure. Passionate about developing the next generation of tech talent, Mike is also an Executive in Residence at Carnegie Mellon University, where he teaches and mentors aspiring Product Managers. Mike holds a B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, a M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University, and a J.D. from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
