Rich Rao

Rich Rao is the Senior Vice President of Revenue Growth and Strategy. In this role, he leads functions responsible for driving the growth of customers on the Toast platform. Rich brings more than two decades of experience across the technology industry in various leadership capacities. Before Toast, Rich was Chief Sales Officer and GM at Intuit. Before Intuit, he served for five years as VP of Small Business at Meta, leading the advertising business. Rich spent a decade at Google, where he helped grow the cloud business from its inception. He started his career in engineering and product roles at Trilogy and Dell. Rich has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from Harvard.
