Steve Brewer is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Toast, where he leads the engineering organization responsible for building and scaling the company’s SaaS products and platforms for restaurants and their guests. Before joining Toast, Steve was a co-founder and CTO of an all-in-one software platform for service-based businesses. He also held senior engineering leadership roles at a payments company during a period of rapid growth. Steve began his career at Expedia as a software engineer and helped launch Expedia Corporate Travel (now Egencia). He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
